We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Standardtypes, but if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 7 days of delivery.
You must notify us if you wish to cancel your order or return any items within 7 days of receiving your order, and return such items within a further 7 days of this notification.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the cost for returning items (except defective items). It is recommended to takes necessary precautions by using registered services when returning the package.
Returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods. Initial shipping, taxes and duties will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with the policy under “Return of Defective Merchandise”.  Merchandise purchased with a cash coupon will not be refunded or exchanged，and it cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion. 
International customers (Outside UK & Eire & EU) please note that we can only accept returns for store credit or exchange on items where you have changed your mind about the purchase for non exhaustive reasons such as incorrect fitting, size etc. This does not apply to items that are deemed to be faulty. 
Before completing the return, please make sure that your items meet the standards indicated under ‘Product Conditions’ below.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed successfully.
 
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
All items should be returned to us new, unused and with all Stanardtypes' tags still attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
COLOURS
Every effort has been made to ensure the colours of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour is completely accurate.
Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted through the returns section of www.stanardtypes.com.
